Notice to all OFATV Members
OFATV President Bruce Murphy, has announced that effective immediately the permit reciprocation
program with the Quebec ATV Rider Federation (FQCQ) has been discontinued. FQCQ put the OFATV on
notice at end of September 2009 that effective October 31st the reciprocation agreement would become null and void.
Among other things the FQCQ member clubs felt they were not being adequately compensated for the maintenance required
by the additional traffic on their trails. Hopefully the issues can be resolved but its very unlikely to happen for the 2010 riding season.
